Track Awards & Insignia
Request a reimbursement check from service unit.
Change information about a girl scout or adult (including transferring to a new troop)
Opening a Troop Checking Account at Wells Fargo Bank.
Prove that Girl Scouts is a charitable organization.
Disband your troop.
Annual Troop Accounting
You will need:
Permission Form (DOC) (PDF), Activity Approval Form (DOC) (PDF)
Parent/Guardian Form, Girl Health History, Driving Form (for any adults that plan on driving) and Over the Counter Med Permission
Application for Money Earning Event
Event Approval Checklist, Event Budget Worksheet, Application for Money Earning Event, Permission Form (DOC) (PDF), and Flyer for the event. (events must be approved by the service unit BEFORE the event).
